Build a reliable basking spot
Use a stable surface that cannot shift beneath the dragon. Measure basking and cool areas with suitable thermometers, and follow reptile-specific guidance on lamp distance. A climbing branch should never bring the animal dangerously close to heat or UVB fixtures.

Change one element at a time and watch how the dragon uses it. Supervised time in a secure area may add variety, but check temperature and remove hazards first. Outdoor access requires secure containment and weather that suits the animal.
Notice signs of trouble
Repeated glass surfing, lethargy, poor appetite or trouble moving merits a check of husbandry and veterinary advice. A toy cannot compensate for incorrect lighting, temperature, diet or a cramped vivarium.
